ANKARA YILDIRIM BEYAZIT UNIVERSITY & OKU OKUT ASSOCIATION COOPERATION 2022

The "2nd Turkey Social Sciences Symposium Organizing Institutions Cooperation Protocol" was signed between the Read and Read Association and Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University to organize the 2nd Turkey Social Sciences Symposium in cooperation on June 14, 2022.

Turkey Social Sciences Symposium was organized to bring together professionals and graduate students in the field of Social Sciences, to enable the transfer of experience, strengthen interdisciplinary communication and studies, and contribute to academic production.

The symposium received 264 paper applications. After the preliminary examination of the Scientific Committee, the papers were submitted to review of 2 referees who are experts in the field of science. As a result of the review, 92 of the applications were accepted, and 172 were rejected because they were out of scope or the content was not prepared in accordance with the symposium paper writing principles. 383 faculty members from different universities in Turkey and Azerbaijan took part in the review of the papers. In the symposium, 8 professors, 7 associate professors, 20 assistant professors, 11 doctors of science, 8 experts, 17 doctoral students, and 21 graduate students presented papers. Among the researchers who presented papers, 86 of them work in Turkey, 2 in Azerbaijan, 1 in South Africa, 1 in Senegal, and 1 in Jordan. Participants from 50 different universities and institutions attended the symposium.

In the symposium; 4 papers on African Studies, 3 papers on Academic Research and Writing, 5 papers on Arabic Language and Literature, 6 papers on Information and Document Management, 3 papers on Religious Education, 3 papers on the History of Religions, 5 papers on Philosophy, 8 papers on Islamic Law, 5 papers on Islamic History, 10 papers on Theology and History of Islamic Sects, 3 papers on Art History and Music, 6 papers on Political Science and International Relations, 7 papers on Sociology, 5 papers on Sufism, 9 papers on Tafsir, 7 papers on Turkish Language and Literature and 3 papers on Turkish History were presented.

Read and Read Association and Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University signed the "3rd Turkish Social Sciences Symposium Organizing Institutions Cooperation Protocol" to organize the 3rd Turkish Social Sciences Symposium in cooperation.

The 3rd Turkish Social Sciences Symposium will be held online on August 26-31, 2023. Papers prepared in the fields of Literature, Education, Philosophy, Philosophy of Law, Theology, Psychology, Sociology, and History will be presented at the symposium.
